About Hunters Bend

Hunters Bend is a public elementary school that is part of the Williamson County School system. At Hunters Bend, we pride ourselves on creating a climate where everyone feels safe, warm, welcome, and successful. Schools and communities are most successful when there is a strong home-school connection, when communication is positive, and all stakeholders adopt a “whatever it takes” philosophy. We invite you to join us in doing whatever it takes for our students.

Hunters Bend Elementary opened in 1995 and currently has 34 classrooms, a multi-purpose gymnasium, a cafeteria, and a spacious library.

The school’s property is bordered on two sides by the historic Little Harpeth River. In addition to classroom studies, students have classes in library, music, physical education, art, and life skills.
